Education for Sustainable Development

The SBU focusses on influencing the improvement of community livelihood trends through functional adult literacy and promoting enterprise development. The key is to ensure increased literacy levels in the communities and employment creation for better involvement in community and national development.

Agriculture and Agro-processing

This unit focusses on facilitating livestock and selected field crop production, processing and generally integrated farming (horticulture & aquaculture) in the beneficiation and local value addition activities that not only drive export but help lower input cost to make downstream and upstream industries more competitive.

Environment, Natural Resources and Tourism

This SBU focusses on the conservation of biodiversity, natural resources, Sanitation, the Environment , and Tourism. The key is to ensure climate change mitigation through education, promoting alternative less environmental harmful livelihood practices, Sustainable Sanitation and tourism capacity that can contribute to general public health and job creation, sustainable niche business and localization.
