Ukadzipalile Integrated Project Limited (UIP) is a voluntary, non-governmental, not-profit organization established in 2014 and registered as a company limited by guaranteed under the Patents and Companies Registration Act. UIP primarily aims to help improve livelihoods of communities and contribute to building the industrial capacity that fuels economic growth by promoting enterprise development. UIP promotes and facilitates the establishment of enterprises envisaged to grow into industries that become the cornerstone of Zambia’s economy with primary focus on Agriculture, Agro process, Sanitation, Tourism and Environmental Conservation. UIP interventions are designed to bring about positive changes in their lives through the creation of a sound economic, social, cultural and educational environment targeted to meet the needs of the local community, youth and entrepreneurs. These interventions encompass the preservation of their rights in order to enhance their sense of belonging, safety and self-confidence, enhance their ability to make integrated and right decisions through the many and varied programs that help them to physically, psychologically and intellectually grow and thrive. UIP recognizes that the changing need of communities, stakeholder and the general public can only be met if services are delivered in a systematic manner.
